  WORST service experience EVER in every way. iPhone 5 was brought in for a battery change. Phone was collected and advised to have been checked, but yet it had what appeared to be a burn mark on the screen after. Phone taken back to shop and had to be left overnight for checking. Next day was informed that this had been fixed and was caused by a loose screw behind the battery and that it was now working fine. Once outside the shop it was noticed that the Power Button was no longer working and went back into the shop again. The Technician didn't want to know. Said it wasn't his fault and advised to take phone away. I advised him that this was working perfectly when it came into the shop and he himself had used the power button to turn the phone on and off and now this wasn't working since he opened the phone for the second time to detect the burn mark on the screen. He advised that the Power Button cable is no where near the battery compartment and very rudely told my daughter and I to leave the shop as it wasn't his problem. I took the phone to GADGET FIX in Shannon Town Centre then and asked him what could cause the Power Button to malfunction and he advised that if the battery was recently changed and the cables for the Power Button were twisted or damaged (possibly by this loose screw) then this could cause the button to fail. He installed an App that allowed you to turn on/off the screen - something that was NOT offered at the PhoneStop Shop as they were too busy getting us out of the shop whilst other customers were hearing about the problems created by their technician.
  Finally, I was given the telephone number of the owner - Mohammed and spoke to him and he advised that he was overseas but that he would resolve for me the next day when he returned. I sent him al the info by Text and his ONLY response was to BLOCK my calls.
  If you have ANY respect for your phone or you money, stay as FAR AWAY from this shop as you possibly can.
  They are USELSS and if they damage your phone, they will NOT repair it and will NOT listen to complaints.
  WORST Customer Service EVER !!!!!!!
